**TTM 56S NEED HELP QUICK**

I bought my TTM 56S and i have a problem...i was at a club last night DJing and my master output was at the maximum and not very loud...i had to improvise by using both the gains in serato and on my mixer...i need to fix this problem before next week...the connection there from my mixer is quarter inch to quarter inch to xlr...please help me

I'm not sure how much you know about all this, so don't shoot me if I go too far.
I bet the problem is situated here. Sounds to me like you're only getting 1 out of 2 signal lines (balanced connections send the signal through one line, and the same signal inverted through the 2nd line, 3rd line is ground). If one of those 2 signals isn't coming through you will get only half of the expected amplitude which means that it will sound very quiet.

Make sure that the quarter inch connectors are all balanced (same as a stereo plug)

Make sure all the leads are connected/soldered properly, no cables are broken (which seems unlikely if you have the same problem on both left and right channel)
That's where I'd start to look.
